A horrific murder has been committed and the police are baffled. Who is the strange assailant with a voice no one can recognise? How did he escape the apartment before the police burst in after hearing the screams? Only one man can solve this heinous riddle - M. Dupin, a strange and odd private detective with a highly analytical brain. This one man play follows the account of the narrator as he recalls the extraordinary adventure of The Murders in the Rue Morgue.
